Cancellations
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
- Item(s) not available.
- Difficulty in processing your payment information.
- Cannot ship to address provided.
- Duplicate order was placed.
- Cancelled due to a customer request.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice regarding your
order via e-mail which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will
not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in alternative
products, please contact customer service by e-mail for a recommendation.

3.1 - Goods are usually dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Thursday) but can
take up to 5 working days. If we are unable to supply the products ordered by
you within that time frame, we will inform you of a realistic delivery date. If
that is unacceptable to you than you have right to cancel your order and receive
a full refund.
3.2 - If your goods fail to arrive within 28 days of dispatch, you will have the
option of whether a full refund or a replacement shipment.
3.3 - When you receive Product you must inspect it for any defects or
non-conformity within 7 days. After this period, you will have accepted Product.
If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we will provide a full refund or
dispatch new goods as soon as possible after original goods have been returned
and inspected by us.
4 - Price and Payment
4.1 - You will pay all sums due to us under these terms by the means specified
without any set-off, deduction or counterclaim.

You agree that you have provided, and will continue to provide accurate, up to
date, and complete information about yourself. We need this information to

6 - Returns Policy
6.1 - Under the distance selling regulations you are entitled to return any
products bought from 'IDS' 7 days after receiving goods purchased and receive
a full refund (less Postage and Packaging), assuming that the goods are in their
original pristine condition and merchantable condition. All you pay for is the
cost of their return shipping. Products return at cost and risk of consumer.
Goods remain purchaser's responsibilities until received by us. We strongly
advice you to use Royal Mail Recorded Deliver or Special Delivery. Postage and
Packing will only be refunded for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied item(s).
All funds are returned to the card that was used to pay for the order, and may
take up to two weeks to appear on the account. If you have paid by cheque monies
will be refunded by cheque. Refund will be provided within 7 workdays from
receipt of returned goods.
6.2 - In order to ensure your interests are best served, we require you to
obtain a Return Reference Number from us by emailing us at sales@ids.hk.

Return & Refund
Credits
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase as soon as possible upon our receipt of your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost up to a maximum of USD10.00 if the return is a result of a shipping error on our part.
Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact customer service no later than 5 business days of receipt. On a case by case basis, we will cover shipping charges up to a maximum of USD10.00 upon our receipt of the defective or mis-delivered item which must be returned fully intact with the original packaging via insured postage.
If there is extensive damage to the parcel refuse the order and contact customer service immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact customer service.
Money Back Guarantee
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from IDS. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, or other charges, subject to the time period specific to that product and according to our Return/Exchange Instructions .
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original packaging and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; if applicable, the clear plastic wrapping has not been torn or removed; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.

We usually ship your order on the next business day by Regular Air Mail. But please allow upto 5 days incase we do not have in stock etc.
